BlueGrid Land Solutions is an owner-operated land clearing and forestry mulching business serving Southern Ohio and Eastern Kentucky. These terms cover your use of this website. By using the site you accept them.
What this website is for
This site exists to describe the work BlueGrid does, the areas it covers, and how to ask for an estimate. It is general information about land services — not an engineering assessment, a survey, a permitting opinion, or advice about your particular property.
Property conditions vary enormously across the ground we work. Slope, soil, stem density, access and weather all change what a job takes. Nothing on this site should be treated as a judgement about your land until someone has looked at it.
We try to keep it accurate, but we cannot promise it
The information here is kept as accurate and current as we can reasonably manage, but it is provided as it is. We do not warrant that everything on the site is free of errors or omissions, that it is complete, or that it is up to date at the moment you read it.
We also cannot promise the site is always available. It may be offline for maintenance, or because of a hosting, network or third-party failure outside our control.
Estimate requests do not create a contract
Submitting the estimate form is a request for a quote. It is not a booking, not an acceptance of any offer, and it does not create a contract between you and BlueGrid Land Solutions.
Work is agreed separately, after the property has been discussed or seen, and any price given before that point is an estimate rather than a fixed quote. We may decline a request, and we may need to revise an estimate once the ground has actually been looked at.
Please make sure the contact details and property information you send are correct. We cannot reach you about a request that carries the wrong phone number or address.
Photographs you upload
The estimate form lets you attach photographs of your property so the job can be understood before anyone drives out. By uploading them you confirm that you are entitled to share those images with us for that purpose.
Please do not upload photographs of other people, of property that is not yours to share, or anything unrelated to the estimate. What happens to the photos once we receive them is covered in the Privacy Policy.
Where we work, and what we can take on
Service areas named on this site describe where BlueGrid normally travels. They are not a guarantee that a given job can be scheduled, or scheduled within any particular timeframe.
Availability depends on the season, the weather, ground conditions, the equipment a job needs, and how far out the schedule already runs. Some properties are not suited to the machinery we operate, and we will say so rather than take the work.
The content on this site belongs to us
The text, photographs, logos, layout and design of this site are the property of BlueGrid Land Solutions unless stated otherwise, and are protected by copyright and trademark law.
You are welcome to view the site, print pages for your own use, and link to it. Please do not republish our photographs or copy, or use our name or logo in a way that suggests we endorse or are connected with something we are not, without asking first.

This site links to a small number of places we do not control — our social media page, and the privacy documentation published by the analytics vendors described in the Privacy Policy.
Those sites have their own terms and their own privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement, and we are not responsible for their content.
Limits on what we are responsible for
To the extent the law allows, BlueGrid Land Solutions is not liable for loss or damage arising from your use of this website, from relying on the general information published here, or from the site being unavailable.
Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility for the work we actually perform on your property. That is governed by whatever we agree with you for the job itself, not by this page, and nothing here is intended to exclude a liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These terms may be updated as the site or the business changes. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised, and the current version is always the one published here.
