BlueGrid Land Solutions is an owner-operated land clearing and forestry mulching business in Southern Ohio and Eastern Kentucky. This page explains what this website collects and why.
What you send us through the estimate form
The free estimate request is the only place this site asks you for anything. Depending on how far you take it, it collects your name, phone number, the service you need, the property address, an approximate acreage, an optional description of the project, your email address, how and when you prefer to be contacted, and any property photos you choose to attach.
It is used to prepare your estimate and to contact you about it. Your request is saved to a private Google Sheet, any photos you upload are stored in Google Drive, and the request is emailed to the owner. If automatic replies are switched on, a confirmation is also sent to the email address you gave.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for advertising.
Analytics this site runs
Two measurement tools are available on this site, and neither one loads until you allow it. On your first visit you are asked. Until you choose to accept, no analytics script is downloaded, no analytics cookie is set, and nothing about your visit is measured. Choosing “Necessary Only” keeps it that way.
If you do accept, this is what runs.
Google Analytics 4 records page views and basic device and approximate location information, and sets cookies to recognise a returning browser. Beyond page views it records three specific things: when someone opens the estimate request, when an estimate request is successfully submitted, and when someone taps a phone number to call. Those events carry the page they happened on and the service selected from the dropdown list — nothing else.
Microsoft Clarity records how pages are used — clicks, scrolling, and session replays that show how visitors move through a page — so the site can be improved where people get stuck.
What analytics never receives
The details you type into the estimate request are deliberately kept out of both analytics tools. Your name, phone number, email address, property address, acreage, project description and uploaded photos are never sent to Google Analytics or Microsoft Clarity, and neither is any reference number for your request.
Those same fields are explicitly masked from Clarity's session recordings, along with the photo preview and the review summary that repeats your answers back to you before you submit. A replay shows that a field was filled in, not what was typed into it.
Cookies and your choices
The only cookies this site sets are the ones Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity set after you accept analytics. Decline, and no cookie is set at all. Your choice itself is remembered in your browser's local storage rather than in a cookie, so the question is not asked again on every page.
You can change your mind at any time. Use the button below, or the Cookie Settings link in the footer of any page on this site. Withdrawing consent clears the analytics cookies already set and reloads the page so collection stops immediately.
Declining does not limit the site in any way. Every page, and the estimate request itself, works exactly the same either way.
Google also publishes a browser add-on that opts you out of Google Analytics on every site that uses it. How Google and Microsoft handle the data they receive is covered by the Google Privacy Policy and the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
Questions about your information
To ask what we hold about you, or to have an estimate request and its photos deleted, call (740) 464-2526. The owner handles these directly.
